Yippeeeee!!! It’s Thursday. Time to get ready for Craft Tutorial Thursday. It’s the one day a week that I set aside the time to visit the sites and blogs of many of the wonderful and talented folks who have signed up to participate on Crafty Tips.
Crochet, sewing, decoupage and paper crafts are the tutorials of choice this week. Try one or try them all. Be sure to let the clever crafters know how you found them and how much you appreciate their craft tutorial.

My Recycled BagsWe all have that favorite pot holder that we hide when company comes over. It might be the one that fits over your cookware the best, protects tender fingers the best or you just like it more than the others. If you have one of those lingering in your kitchen, don’t throw it away, crochet a slip cover for it. With this tutorial from My Recycled Bags you will learn how to Recycle a Potholder. |

Wee Folk ArtWhile preparing to open their real world shop, the ladies of Wee Folk Art are reposting some of their best craft tutorials. This week they reminded us of their super cute Flower Fairies and Buds Craft Tutorial. They added a bit more embroidery this time around and I have to say they are even cuter now. |

Sweetly Scrapped ArtCome this way for another group of posts from Emily with great vintage printables. Of the things she posted this week, this one is my favorite. You can find this and a number of other vintage images on her post Free Pintables, Papers, Titles and Journaling. |

Craft PassionOur second crochet pattern this week and it couldn’t be more different from the first. Joanne L. has a wonderful craft tutorial, written in two parts, that teaches us how to make an African Flower Crochet Purse. The purse craft tutorial includes sewing instructions for a matching lining and attaching the pretty handles. |

Mod Podge RocksAmy seems to find some of the most clever folks and wisely gets them to write guest posts and craft tutorials. This week she has invited Man Podger David to share this clever project – a Mother’s Day Bud Vase from PVC Pipe. David designed this vase as a Mother’s Day gift but it seems like you could put just about anything on these. How cute would it be to use party decorations, someone’s favorite pet or even Uncle Sam for a 4th of July party? |
