When it comes to supplies and craft tutorials for sale, I often don’t know where to include them. Craft Tutorial Thursday seems like it has evolved into a post about free craft tutorials. And Featured Artist Friday is often about luscious hand-made goodness that is more often than not being offered for sale.
I thought I would take this week’s Featured Artist Friday post to showcase some of the clever craft tutorials being offered for sale along with several of the craft suppliers participating on Crafty Tips. Most of them also offer finished items so be sure to check out everything they offer.
Hannah Rosner |
|
Among all of the gorgeous beads that are available in her Etsy shop, Hannah Rosner also offers a wonderful selection of tutorials.
You can learn how to make sculptural lampwork beads, make a beautiful woven seed bead bracelet, make cuff bracelets and so much more. She identifies the skill level required for each project and even offers project kits with all the beads and the full project tutorial. Alas, the project I’m showing here is for more advanced beaders, which puts it out of reach for me, but she also offers tutorials to learn the techniques needed to become an advanced beader. |

Kat’s Paper Trail |
|
Kat Penson keeps her Etsy shop well-stocked with die cut tags, bracket flat cards, embellishments and other assorted paper crafting goodies.
She offers a wide selection of die cut paper patterns in a variety of paper weights, paper types and colors. Most are left in their raw state for paper crafters to embellish and others are ready to go or have some decorative features already added like the hand-inked owl tags shown here. She also offers her own die cut cupcake wrappers and an occasional rubber stamp. |

Bobbie is most well-known for her wonderful rag quilts.
But, she also offers a huge selection of sewing patterns and tutorials in her Etsy shop. You can learn how to make one of her bags, shopping cart covers, aprons and so much more. Among her most popular pre-made quilts and quilting patterns are her multi-purpose car seat covers. These small rag quilts can be used as a baby carrier cover to keep your little one toasty warm, a baby blanket and a nursing cover. |

Sassafras Hill Primitives |

Denise is the creative designer behind all of the prim goodies that can be found on Sassafras Hill Primitives. Like so many of us, her grandmother encouraged her to explore her creativity which she now expresses through her many hand-sewn primitive items.
She offers a huge selection of sewing pattern to create your own collection of primitive friends like Valentino here. Her patterns include vegetables, critters, American, garden and a number of other themes all with a distinctly primitive style. |
